Account Manager – Water Testing & Environmental Services

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth within the water analysis and environmental services sector. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding technical aspects of drinking water and wastewater testing, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the water testing market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to align offerings with market requirements.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within water testing, environmental services or related industries.
• Strong understanding of water analysis markets and the technical aspects of drinking water and wastewater testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Competence in standard office applications.
