Account Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a white‑glove service while keeping files moving efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for owners during the leasing workflow, providing proactive updates.
• Drive execution by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, and stage movements.
• Escalate issues early and protect client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to handle multiple client files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize quickly in a high‑volume environment.
