Account Manager – North America Off‑Highway

About the role

Allison is seeking an Account Manager to lead the North America Off‑Highway portfolio. Reporting to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales, you will act as the primary voice of the customer, driving growth, profitability, and long‑term OEM partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned North American accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Communicate Allison’s value proposition and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with segment, platform, product management, engineering, and operations teams to expand market share and drive system adoption.
• Develop and execute account strategies within a matrixed global organization.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to influence product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or business development within the Off‑Highway or related industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of OEM relationships and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and growth.
