Account Manager, North America, Off-Highway

About the role

The Account Manager, North America – Off‑Highway will lead account management and business development for assigned North American accounts. Reporting to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales, the role focuses on growing profitable relationships, delivering Allison’s value proposition, and coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead account management and business development for North American off‑highway customers.
• Support and expand profitable customer relationships while acting as the voice of the customer.
• Communicate Allison’s value proposition and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Collaborate with segment, platform, product management, engineering, and operations teams to drive market share and platform adoption.
• Develop and execute account strategies that ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably within the off‑highway or industrial equipment sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong communication skills to represent customer interests and convey technical solutions.
