Account Manager

About the role

Service IT+ is looking for an Account Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with customers.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and meet KPIs.
• Respond to RFPs promptly and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leadership.
• Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling and email outreach.
• Ensure data quality in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Familiarity with IT/software solutions and enterprise selling processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipeline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
