Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will drive the growth of OYO’s hotel portfolio across the Philippines by identifying new partnership opportunities, securing agreements, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new properties. You will also serve as the primary liaison for an existing portfolio of partner hotels, fostering strong relationships and maximizing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads that meet OYO’s brand standards in location, pricing, and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to onboard new hotel partners.
• Deliver persuasive partnership pitches and convert leads into signed agreements.
• Coordinate with the Supply Team to finalize partnership contracts and oversee onboarding.
• Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and due diligence.
• Maintain a portfolio of 20–30 partner hotels, acting as the main point of contact for support and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Implement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction, retention, and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support hotel success and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to manage multiple hotel partners and drive revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with agile decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
