Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based in South Luzon and work under a hybrid arrangement, combining office presence with remote work. This full‑time position focuses on managing a portfolio of B2C customers for a leading LPG and energy solutions provider, acting as the primary contact for inquiries, orders, and service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct and indirect customers, ensuring compliance with sales, finance, legal, and technical standards.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts; coordinate pricing, supply, and delivery with internal teams.
• Monitor daily volume performance, contract compliance, and account health; report findings to line management.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase volume and revenue.
• Support credit and collections activities and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
• Oversee post‑contract commercial installations, verifying safety regulations and tightness tests.
• Execute business reviews, channel transformation initiatives, and commercial strategies.
• Track competitor activities and implement counter‑strategies.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude toward HSSE issues affecting the office, customers, and field operations.
• Ability to define and execute business and call plans for the assigned portfolio.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
