Account Manager – Fashion & Womenswear (E‑Commerce)

About the role
Join a fast‑growing fashion marketplace team that helps sellers and brands succeed on the platform. You will drive merchant growth, acquire new brands, and ensure an excellent customer experience through strategic partnership and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and incubate fashion brands, principals and large merchants that generate significant GMV.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure optimal deals based on campaigns or seasonality.
- Identify collaborative opportunities that fit merchants’ short‑term and long‑term development plans and establish joint business plans.
- Maintain high service quality by monitoring cancellation and return rates, shipping lead times and other performance metrics to boost conversion and satisfaction.
- Manage merchants using scalable incubation programmes, tools and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in the e‑commerce industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Medium oral proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with Chinese‑speaking sellers.
- Strong attention to detail, affinity with numbers and logical problem‑solving ability.
- Team player, fast learner and open to change.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
