Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join M&C Saatchi Performance, a global digital media agency. You will be the primary liaison for key clients, driving integrated digital marketing initiatives and ensuring performance‑driven campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships.
• Translate client business objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, and mobile channels.
• Coordinate with internal Media, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, anticipating risks and resolving issues.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on data, market insights, and business goals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, media, or advertising.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management abilities.
