About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. You will manage a portfolio of around 100 Philippine accounts, ranging from small stores to large manufacturers, and drive subscription renewals, retention and satisfaction using Odoo.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with end‑customers and Odoo resellers (Official Partners).
Identify pain points in customers' management software and propose Odoo solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell additional Odoo modules.
Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure smooth collaboration.
Focus on sales activities, primarily renewals and upsell opportunities (≈80% of time).

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Bilingual in English and Tagalog.
1‑3 years of experience in sales or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation and target‑driven mindset.
Proactive, organized and problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

Odoo ERP platform.
