Account Manager – Client Projects

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, overseeing projects from initiation through delivery. This position blends account management with project coordination, ensuring that client expectations are met while aligning internal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects end‑to‑end, managing timelines, quality standards and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, nurturing strong client relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Design, Production, Finance, Sales and Fulfillment—to execute projects successfully.
• Support Account Executives on large custom award projects while handling independent initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, schedules and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Assist in proposal development, project planning and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong client‑facing background with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
