Account Executive / Manager

About the role
Eatigo is looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth and reduce churn for its merchant partners across the region. Reporting to the Country Lead, you will work closely with restaurants to optimise their listings, improve performance and upsell additional services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing merchant relationships, ensuring their profiles are optimised and discount structures are effective.
- Analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support country‑level expansion by improving restaurant performance and coordinating promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
- Own the end‑to‑end relationship between Eatigo and partner restaurants, acting as the primary point of contact.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, fast learner, flexible and enthusiastic about the restaurant industry.
