Account Director - Finance & Accounting Outsourcing

About the role

Eastvantage is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead its Finance & Accounting outsourcing portfolio in the Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality services, meeting SLAs, and ensuring strong client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and oversee end‑to‑end outsourced finance and accounting processes.
• Lead operational teams, monitor financial controls, and drive workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align resources, reporting, and technology solutions with client needs.
• Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and service‑level dashboards.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in finance and accounting operations, budgeting, reporting and governance.
• Proven account management experience with complex stakeholder expectations and SLA delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills, capable of coaching cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in outsourcing or shared‑services environments, preferably global.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
