360 Recruiter / Account Manager (Technology)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performance 360 Recruiter / Account Manager to own a desk within the technology sector. This full‑cycle position blends new‑business development with candidate delivery and account management, allowing you to act like a mini‑business owner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new technology clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
• Pitch retained and contingent search services, negotiate fees and service agreements, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent across software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, product management, and related fields.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, hiring conditions, and talent availability.

Required profile

• Proven success in agency recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong interest in the technology sector, including AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Comfortable working in a high‑performance, commission‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $2,000–$4,000 per month.
• 20% commission on revenue from placements.
• 20% commission on revenue from clients you bring in and manage.
