About the role
Nasdaq is looking for a Workday HCM Specialist to help optimize its global recruitment processes. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday Recruiting and integrating it with Greenhouse ATS, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday Recruiting modules.
- Integrate Workday with Greenhouse ATS and troubleshoot data flows.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- Provide end‑user support and training for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Workday HCM, specifically Recruiting.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS integration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
