Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

About the role

Deloitte's Workday practice is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to join its Philippines Delivery Center. You will help clients design, develop, and integrate Workday HCM solutions, focusing on compensation modules, and ensure successful adoption of best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client HR needs and design Workday HCM solutions, especially the Advanced Compensation suite.
• Gather business requirements, prototype, test, and implement Workday configurations.
• Guide clients on Workday best practices and perform Delivery Assurance activities.
• Configure and test integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring data translation alignment.
• Provide status reports, highlight risks, and suggest improvements for client adoption.
• Champion product knowledge within the practice and innovate deployment approaches.
