About the role
We are looking for a Wire Bond Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing line. The role involves equipment setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring high uptime and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in new equipment setup, restoration, and resolution of major equipment problems.
- Provide manufacturing line support for assigned equipment platforms and areas.
- Generate and maintain shift status reports and updates.
- Support uptime and production time improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of experience in semiconductor FOL die bonding and wire bonding.
Required skills
- Semiconductor FOL die bonding.
