About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) tutors to teach children aged 4‑12 from the comfort of your home. This remote, part‑time position offers a guaranteed three‑month pay and the opportunity to earn up to PHP 45,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online English lessons to children aged 4‑12.
- Maintain lesson plans and progress reports.
- Achieve high booking rates across multiple accounts.
- Participate in performance reviews and bonus programs.
Required profile
- Must be able to work remotely from Manila.
- Available to teach part‑time hours.
- No prior online ESL experience required.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of PHP 180‑200.
- Up to PHP 10,000 in bonuses.
- HMO coverage.
- 5,000 PHP signing bonus.
- Potential earnings up to PHP 45,000 per month.
