Web Developer

About the role

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Web Developer to design, develop, maintain and optimise company websites and web applications. The role is home‑based, offering a flexible schedule while ensuring high‑quality, secure, and performant online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company websites and web applications.
• Design and implement new features, functionality and third‑party integrations.
• Troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues.
• Optimise website performance, speed and responsiveness.
• Ensure website security and data protection.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and stakeholders for updates and enhancements.
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of both front‑end and back‑end development.
• Experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
• Understanding of website hosting, domain management and web security.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable home‑based work setup with at least 20 Mbps internet connection.
