Web Developer (CMS) – Mid & Senior Positions

About the role

We are looking for talented Web Developers specialized in content‑management systems (CMS) to join our team in BGC Taguig. The role is offered at both Mid‑level (2‑5 years experience) and Senior Technical Lead (5+ years experience) with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CMS‑driven websites and reusable UI components.
• Design content models, editorial workflows and integrate with editors and product owners.
• Implement integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, authentication) with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Deliver reliable deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Composer/Drush or equivalent, and containerised/local development workflows.
• Improve platform quality – performance, security, automated tests and runbooks.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across engineering, QA and product teams (Senior role).
• Respond to incidents, lead post‑mortems and drive technical delivery as an individual contributor (Senior role).

Required profile

• Mid level: 2‑5 years of web development experience with strong CMS background.
• Senior level: 5+ years of web development experience, proven technical leadership and hands‑on CI/CD, Docker and production deployment experience.
• Experience with AWS services or equivalent cloud platform is a plus.

Required skills

• CMS platforms – WordPress, Directus, Strapi, Drupal (or similar).
• Front‑end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Vue or Angular).
• Back‑end: PHP or Node.js and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Templating systems such as Twig.
• Version control with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Site‑build tooling – Composer, Drush.
• Containerisation with Docker.
• Cloud services – AWS S3, EC2/ECS, RDS, CloudFront (or equivalent).
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform or CloudFormation (nice to have).
• Testing – unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests; monitoring and observability.
• Accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimisation.
