Web Coordinator (Project Manager)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Web Coordinator (Project Manager) based in Meycauayan, Philippines. You will lead and oversee critical website projects, acting as the strategic point of contact for business stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery of optimization initiatives across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee key critical projects for the business.
• Coordinate website template changes from functional specification to implementation testing and acceptance.
• Manage content enhancement and feature implementation across multiple assigned websites.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs for team members and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Deliver training on new features and maintain documentation to improve project‑management efficiency.
• Install and edit HTML content within the CMS platform, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create or improve illustrations in Photoshop.
• Optimize published content using SEO guidelines and maintain website accuracy post‑launch.
• Mentor and support other website content editors and oversee hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing website projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team from a Project Lead perspective.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work with global colleagues and partners across time zones.

• Content Management Systems – preferably Drupal 7 and Drupal 8.
• SEO tools such as BrightEdge and DeepCrawl.
• Analytics platforms – Google Marketing Platform, Google Optimize.
• User‑experience optimisation tools – SessionCam, Usabilla.

• Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing illustrations.
