Warehouse Systems Associate

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Systems Associate to ensure accurate recording and smooth operation of all warehouse transactions. You will be the primary point of contact for system‑related issues and will support the team in maintaining data integrity across our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key responsibilities

• Record inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and internal stock movements in the WMS with 100% accuracy.
• Cross‑check physical documents (invoices, picking lists, delivery receipts) against digital records.
• Monitor live system transactions, identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
• Provide first‑line support for staff experiencing handheld scanner or software issues.
• Generate daily/weekly performance, inventory, and transaction reports for supervisors.
• Assist with digital aspects of cycle counts and audits, adjusting the system to reconcile physical stock.
• Maintain and update SOPs for system use and train colleagues on warehouse software.
• Analyze reorder reports and sales trends to set reorder points and achieve target fill rates.
• Review warehouse layout and inventory reports to optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Track metrics such as picks per hour, fill rates, and labor utilization to spot inefficiencies.

Required profile

• Male or female candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a 24/7 warehouse environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
