Warehouse Supervisor – Silang, Cavite

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations in Silang, Cavite, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Enforce safety, PEZA, DOLE, OSH and environmental compliance.
• Maintain and update warehouse SOPs and support audits and inspections.
• Coordinate import/export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and handle chemical product storage safely.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and conduct training for warehouse staff.
• Investigate discrepancies, implement corrective actions and track KPIs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, materials handling and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
