Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the entire cross‑dock and value‑adding transport service, ensuring that operations run profitably, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. This role combines contract management, operational planning, and continuous improvement to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse and cross‑dock activities to meet cost, quality, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, service‑level agreements, and internal quality standards.
• Produce daily profitability analyses and monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, and verification of related costs.
• Drive safety and security initiatives, including emergency and evacuation planning.
• Support new business development and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date staff training and ensure legal compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in warehousing, cross‑dock, or related logistics environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of transport management processes.
