Warehouse Supervisor

About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring that personnel perform efficiently. This role also supports logistics coordination and collaborates with other departments to meet organizational requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance and workflow.
- Ensure smooth operation of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Coordinate logistics activities and align them with departmental needs.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management, such as process improvements and special projects.
Required profile
- Graduate of any degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership qualities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work with urgency and adapt to diverse personalities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of warehousing operations, planning, and organization.
