Warehouse Documentation Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Documentation Associate ensures that all loading and dispatch activities are accurately documented and recorded in real time. This role supports safe and efficient warehouse operations by verifying order details, preparing required paperwork, and complying with quality and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify product quantity, labeling, packaging, and documentation before dispatch.
• Process outbound deliveries, material requests, and stock transfers.
• Oversee picking operations to ensure correct batches are selected.
• Prepare and post Goods Issue documents for issued inventory.
• Maintain real‑time system records of all inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, Halal, health, and food‑safety policies.
• Report any Halal, food‑safety, or quality issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Participate in company programs related to quality improvement, safety, sustainability, CSR, and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehousing environment.
• Ability to understand and execute instructions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑relation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
