Warehouse Coordinator – Logistics Operations

About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator ensures that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time, adhering to the company's lead‑time and documentation standards. This position plays a key part in maintaining smooth logistics flow within FAST Logistics' extensive warehouse network.
Key responsibilities
- Verify outgoing shipments for correctness, completeness, and compliance with prescribed lead times.
- Prepare and review all required shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies before departure.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant logistics or warehouse experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
