Warehouse Associate – Picker

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Associate – Picker to support inbound and outbound material flow in its Calamba facility. The role involves handling semiconductor products, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment according to work orders.
• Perform scheduled physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP 4/Hana.
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices to track material movement.
• Label and store semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Keep assigned storage areas clean and orderly.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Quality teams for material flow and issue resolution.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for inventory logs, documentation, and communications.
• Support 5S and other continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Can start immediately and meet all government employment requirements.
• Willing to be assigned to Maunong, Calamba, Laguna.
