Warehouse Associate - Picker

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate – Picker to join DHL Supply Chain in Calamba, Laguna. The role involves receiving, verifying and preparing materials for production or shipment while ensuring accuracy and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack and stage materials according to work orders or shipping documents.
• Perform physical inventory counts and scheduled cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S/4HANA.
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices to track material movement.
• Label and store semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Keep assigned storage areas clean and orderly.
• Report discrepancies, damages or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory and Quality teams for material flow and issue resolution.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for inventory logs, documentation and communications.
• Support continuous‑improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.

Required profile

• High school graduate.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Ready to start immediately with complete government requirements.
• Willingness to be assigned to Maunong, Calamba, Laguna.
