About the role
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join its Sta. Rosa, Laguna facility. You will be part of a diverse team that ensures smooth inbound and outbound operations while upholding the company’s commitment to inclusion and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and physically check inbound items.
- Pick ordered items according to pick lists.
- Check, pack, label, and segregate orders for dispatch.
- Participate in scheduled inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Complete all required documentation for receiving, put‑away, picking, dispatch, and inventory counting.
- Report any non‑conformances or discrepancies to the immediate leader.
- Attend team performance dialogues and briefings.
- Maintain 5S standards to keep the warehouse orderly and clean.
Required profile
- College level education or Higher Secondary.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.
- Flexible, “Can‑Do” attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced setting.
