About the role
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Vintana Café, the all‑day dining outlet of Shangri‑La Boracay. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering seamless service to guests enjoying our beachfront resort.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring all stations are prepared and stocked.
- Provide high‑quality, courteous service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain smooth workflow in the assigned section, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Continuously look for opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
- Contribute to creating an exceptional and memorable atmosphere for every visitor.
Required profile
- Passion for food and beverage service.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering welcoming service.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
- Curious about new culinary trends and committed to high‑quality standards.
