About the role
The Vice President of Human Resources will lead Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This senior leadership position is full‑time and on‑site in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role is responsible for shaping the people strategy across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee HR Operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.
- Design and enhance the Employee Experience to foster engagement and productivity.
