Visual Designer

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Visual Designer to create clear, attractive visual assets across its platform, website, and marketing channels. The role is fully remote with night‑shift hours and focuses on leveraging AI‑assisted design tools to deliver high‑quality output quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Use the company's applications to understand product flow and identify visual gaps.
• Produce tutorials, walkthroughs, and educational content in static, animated, and video formats.
• Generate a continuous stream of images, graphics, illustrations, UI mockups, and social media assets.
• Modify, improve, and maintain website pages and build new landing pages.
• Define the aesthetic and emotional direction for features, campaigns, and products.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate intuition into visual clarity.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video when they add value.
• Deliver design work rapidly without waiting for perfect briefs.

Required profile

• Ability to work fluidly across images, websites, video, animation, and design systems.
• Product‑mindset with an eye for visual impact of features.
• Self‑directed, can take direction and give reasoned feedback without hand‑holding.
• Resourceful and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑changing environment.
• Opinionated about design yet humble in execution.
• Keeps up with design trends through blogs and social channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney).
• Knowledge of animation software.
• Video editing capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude.
