About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients of a two‑studio salon operation. Working remotely, you will handle all phone and digital communications so the owner can focus on in‑person services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries via text, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule and manage appointments for four team members across two studio locations using the salon’s booking platform.
- Collect and securely process client credit‑card information for bookings.
- Provide information on services, products, and pricing following established protocols.
- Maintain alignment with the client’s EST time zone for real‑time support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in receptionist, appointment‑setting, or customer‑service roles.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate bookings across providers.
- Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive client information and payments.
- Comfortable learning new booking software and following protocols.
- Friendly, client‑first phone manner.
