Virtual Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Virtual Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare providers. The position is fully remote, offering the stability of long‑term placement while supporting fast‑paced hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs and caregivers using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and niche platforms.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews through HelloHire or similar tools, and manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS.
• Verify licenses, collect documentation and support background‑check processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring timelines and hiring goals.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare staffing and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
