Virtual Producer

About the role

The Virtual Producer will ensure flawless execution of high‑profile virtual meetings for Evercall’s managed‑meetings division. Acting as the real‑time “air traffic control” for each session, you will oversee every stage from secure participant admission to live production and post‑event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate meetings and control access by managing Zoom and Microsoft Teams waiting rooms, admitting only pre‑approved attendees and handling any unrecognized participants.
• Provide polished introductions for speakers and agendas, maintaining a broadcast‑ready tone throughout the session.
• Execute technical production tasks such as seamless screen‑sharing of slides or visual assets, managing mute/unmute protocols, and overseeing live recording and secure file delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants experiencing technical issues, resolving audio, video, or connectivity problems instantly.
• Escalate and troubleshoot platform‑specific glitches in real time to prevent meeting delays.

• Comfortable handling confidential information and high‑stakes financial discussions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for virtual meeting moderation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, including waiting‑room management and screen sharing.
• Experience troubleshooting audio, video, and connectivity issues in live sessions.
