About the role
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Personal Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support from home. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining virtual files for our team.
Key responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and written communications accurately.
- Prepare and format paperwork, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and appointments using online calendars.
- Update and organize virtual files and records.
- Handle ongoing administrative tasks and follow‑up actions.
