Virtual Nurse – Remote with Night Differential

About the role

The Virtual Nurse provides remote support for U.S. veterans' healthcare claims. You will coordinate case intake, conduct clinical reviews, obtain physician approvals, and communicate with customers to ensure accurate and timely processing of medical documentation and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review new case submissions through the intake system.
• Verify records, assess review fees, and confirm completeness of case documentation.
• Upload and organize veteran records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate clinical review, physician approvals, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance.

Required profile

• Active, previous, or eligible Registered Nurse license (Philippine Regulatory Commission or international equivalent).
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or a related setting.
• Experience using clinical systems and EMRs.
