Virtual Nurse

About the role

The Virtual Nurse at Clark Outsourcing coordinates nursing staff, manages client interactions and ensures high‑quality care throughout the patient journey. Working night shifts on‑site in Clark, Pampanga, you will act as the primary point of contact for field staff, care recipients and family caregivers while driving inquiry‑to‑client conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor field staff up to three months in advance, handling absences and minimizing overtime.
• Maintain client touch‑points (phone, in‑home consultation, 24‑hour, 7‑day and monthly follow‑ups) and achieve client satisfaction scores of 9 +.
• Support intake calls, referrals and service standards, and process new hire paperwork.
• Review and communicate client care plans, report condition changes to the Director of Nursing, and prepare clinical notes.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate nursing assistants virtually, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Assist with audits, technology tools (ABS, ABS2, Workbright, RingCentral, Hireology, BrightConnect) and quality‑assurance touch‑points.

Required profile

• High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• LPN, RN, EMT certification or equivalent is a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and managing schedules.
