Virtual Nurse (Hybrid Night Shift)

About the role

The Virtual Nurse will coordinate field staff, manage client interactions, and uphold care standards for a night‑shift operation. Working hybrid, you will ensure high‑quality patient experiences while supporting administrative and nursing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer care procedures and serve as primary client contact, meeting inquiry‑to‑client conversion goals.
• Oversee client touch‑points (phone, in‑home consultation, follow‑ups at 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days).
• Answer office phones, process paperwork, and maintain compliance with new‑hire documentation.
• Enter client and employee data into ABS within 24 hours and review daily schedules for accuracy.
• Support technology tools (ABS2, Workbright, RingCentral, Hireology, BrightConnect) and assist with audits.
• Review and communicate client care plans, report condition changes, and prepare clinical notes.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff virtually, ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with Recruiter and Director of Nursing on staffing, monitor credentials, and schedule staff up to three months ahead.

Required profile

• High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required; LPN, RN, EMT or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication abilities.
• Experience in nursing or healthcare with supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ABS2 scheduling system.
• Experience using Workbright.
• Familiarity with RingCentral communication platform.
• Knowledge of Hireology recruitment software.
• Use of BrightConnect healthcare technology.
