Virtual Assistant – Student Services (Remote, Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Student Services team. Working remotely on a day‑shift schedule, you will help coordinate administrative tasks and communications that drive student engagement and academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day coordination of student inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records and update student information systems.
• Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and support teams.
• Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, and outreach activities.
• Provide timely administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
