Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who will take charge of our social media presence. Working remotely from Manila, you will support our marketing team by creating, scheduling and monitoring content across multiple platforms. You will also monitor industry trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily social media content calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Draft, edit and publish posts, stories and short videos that align with brand guidelines.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Track performance metrics, generate weekly reports and suggest optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader promotional activities.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and best practices.
