Virtual Assistant – Remote Administrative Support

About the role
Asiacruit is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both clients and internal teams. This remote position requires strong communication, time‑management, and organizational abilities to keep day‑to‑day activities running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments and send reminders.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, draft professional responses and escalate when necessary.
- Perform data entry, maintain records and update CRM or project‑management systems accurately.
- Prepare, edit and format documents, presentations and reports with attention to detail.
- Arrange travel, book accommodations, create itineraries and process expense reports.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Conduct research, compile summaries and present actionable findings.
- Maintain digital files, shared folders and version control for easy access.
- Provide customer support, resolve routine issues and forward complex matters appropriately.
- Identify process‑improvement and automation opportunities to enhance remote‑work efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative support or related remote roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication with a professional tone.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Resourceful problem‑solver who can research solutions independently.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
