Villa Manager / Front Office Manager

About the role

Shangri-La Boracay is seeking a dynamic Villa Manager / Front Office Manager to lead guest services and oversee the Front Office and Villa operations. This position ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for guests staying in the resort’s villas and rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Service Leaders and Associates in the Front Office and Villa areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest villas and surrounding public spaces.
• Deliver guest services on the guest floors in line with Shangri‑La standards and policies.
• Coordinate daily tasks, ensure timely completion, and uphold performance and quality standards.
• Train and develop team members to provide friendly, efficient, and customer‑oriented service.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in hotel management.
• Experience in an international hotel in a similar capacity (advantageous).
• Strong leadership, training, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with the Opera property management system.
