Video Editor – Social Media & L&D

About the role

The Video Editor will support high‑volume social video production for multiple educational brands and internal teams, focusing on creating engaging videos and training materials at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear instructional videos and interactive learning materials for agents and internal teams using screen recordings, captions, visuals, and voiceovers.
• Create short‑form, social‑media‑optimized videos from scripts and briefs, adhering to platform best practices and Canva templates.
• Deliver batches of videos efficiently by following repeatable workflows, templates, and brand guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Maintain and update Canva templates, adjusting layouts, subtitles, graphics, and assets for various campaigns.
• Export videos in correct formats and ratios for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, email, LMS platforms, and internal training hubs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to incorporate feedback quickly and ensure clear educational messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional video editing and motion‑graphics experience with a portfolio of short and long‑form content.
• Experience creating social‑media video content and advertisements, preferably in a fast‑paced marketing or agency environment.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Canva video editor (required).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (preferred).
• AI voiceover generation experience.
• Understanding of social‑media video formats and ratios.
• Subtitling, captions, and accessibility basics.
• Screen recording and simple motion‑graphics creation.
