About the role
Ecscale Solutions Inc. is looking for a Video and Advertising Lead to own the quality bar for its advertising creative, static assets and video productions. The role focuses on accelerating team output by leveraging streamlined processes and AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and raise the quality standards of all advertising creative, static graphics and video content.
- Rebuild team speed by introducing efficient workflows and AI‑driven solutions.
- Oversee post‑production activities to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality video assets.
- Lead motion‑design projects from concept through final execution.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to align visual output with brand objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in advertising, video production, or related visual media fields.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
- Ability to implement and manage AI‑based processes that improve efficiency.
- Leadership skills to guide a creative team in a fast‑paced environment.
