Vendor Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Vendor Business Development Representative for Awesome CX by Transcom in Davao, you will identify and engage top culinary talent—chefs, caterers, food trucks, and restaurants—to join our vendor program. You will guide prospects through the onboarding journey and secure booked meetings with our onboarding specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect high‑quality culinary vendors in the local market.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach daily.
• Schedule and confirm 3‑4 vendor meetings per week with the Vendor Onboarding Specialist team.
• Manage the full onboarding cycle from initial discovery to final hand‑off.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with vendors.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B business development experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
• Strong sense of urgency, deadline‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑management skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong technological proficiency (general office and CRM tools).
