Van Salesman – Junior Territory Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Van Salesman to support our sales operations within the Misamis Occidental region. Reporting to senior sales staff, you will promote our products, manage customer accounts and help achieve sales targets while gaining valuable experience in field sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular field visits to assigned accounts and territories.
• Ensure product availability and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Assist with payment collection and account reconciliation when needed.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and booking reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Valid A/B driver’s license and ability to operate a panel or lite‑ace van.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Misamis Occidental cities and nearby areas.
• Results‑oriented with strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
