USRN Trainer – Assistant Manager Level

About the role

The USRN Trainer at Assistant Manager level leads the delivery of clinical training programs for new and existing nursing staff. Based onsite at TP Alphaland in Makati, the role ensures training aligns with client expectations, organizational standards, and U.S. healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training sessions for USRN roles across programs such as Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, and Claims Review.
• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and hybrid training using adult‑learning principles.
• Develop, review, and update training modules, assessments, simulations, and reference materials.
• Evaluate trainee knowledge and practical skills, document performance, and provide coaching.
• Maintain accurate training records, ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA standards, and submit performance reports.
• Identify learning gaps, recommend interventions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
• 2–3 years of bedside clinical experience (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg, Telemetry, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. healthcare account.
• Familiarity with MCG/Milliman, InterQual, clinical guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.
