User Support Assistant – Finance (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The User Support Assistant (Finance) will provide Tier 2 assistance to Wave end‑users, ensuring finance‑related queries are resolved in line with IOM business processes and information‑management best practices. Working under the Senior User Support Associate, the role supports the Global Shared Services Centre’s finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 tickets raised by Wave users concerning finance modules.
• Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot and resolve finance‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and follow IOM information‑management procedures.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of finance support processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
• Degree must be from an accredited university listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

• Annual net salary of PHP 742,460.
